Wellness Retreats


Our one to three day retreats are designed for busy professionals who are ready to live a healthier lifestyle mind, body, and spirit, but don't have a lot of time. The goal of our wellness retreats is to help participants find and maintain a content state of being happy, healthy, and whole by incorporating wellness into 4% of their day.

I need a change. I want to be more fit. I don't have enough time for myself. I want to lose weight. I need to get away. I'm not sure what I need but I need something. If you have ever said or felt any of these things, you can't miss this retreat! Why? I am so glad you asked!


During these amazing retreats you will receive:

  • Strategic action plan: Participants will work with Coach T and others to create a plan specific to their life to go home and implement.

  • Peer support: Not only will you be surrounded by like-minded individuals during the retreat, but those relationships will continue to grow through a dedicated, private Facebook group.

  • Accountability: Coach T checks-in and follows up with every participant throughout the retreat and after to ensure participant engagement and task completion. 

  • Resources: Participants will have experts on hand to answer questions and bounce ideas off of, numerous worksheet activities, reference sheets, etc to continuously refer to.

  • Swag: All attendees will receive a commemorative t-shirt and other wellness related items.


Self discovery

I have attended the wellness weekend twice. The conference encouraged you to dig deep within yourself to pull out a better you. It personally taught me to do away with the excuses and own up to why I was failing to achieve goals. The conference also taught me to not to wallow in failure, but to keep going until I hit the mark and excel past it. As a result, attending the conference has taught me to set realistic goals and develop a plan towards achieving them. Furthermore, it has a instilled in me the desire to keep going even if I falter.You should attend the conference if you're open to an experience that can change your life from the inside out. ~Carmen C.

An enlightening experience

Thought provoking and intense

I had the pleasure of attending two retreats hosted by Tiffini Holmes at TTS. Each indoor and outdoor session was thought provoking and intense. I came with a goal in mind but no plan of execution or how to get started. By the end of each meeting, I always found that I gained another building block to complete to my goal. In addition , I met so many wonderful people with diverse backgrounds who shared the same experiences with setting goals and reaching them. A word from Coach T...

There was a time in my life that I was so busy doing "stuff" and not paying attention to my health that I ended up weighing nearly 400 lbs! I had a full life, great career, etc but I could barely make it up a flight of stairs. For as good as my life was I knew it could be better. I had to make a change. In doing so, I have lost over 170 lbs, started a business, and help others define and achieve their wellness goals every day. The strategies, behavior modification, and expert advice I utilized is exactly what you will be privy to during the wellness retreats.
